well have an alergy to casen (witch is in milk) and Im alergic to wheat but I get no reaction from that so I can only have it once every 4 days or i will get a reaction.

ya have you tryed “rice dream bars” it like icecream ecept its made from rice (as you can tell) and it has chocolate on it but its not it like… RATS! when I was looking at the ingrediants It said it may contane trace amounts of milk
